This week we are starting a batch of lessons where we revisit one of the most popular topics from my old YouTube Channel, which was Curtis Mayfield/Jimmy Hendrix-style rhythm guitar. I use this stuff for both lead and rhythm playing and it is a great way to augment your fretboard comprehension as well.
Each video will explore a chord sound, portion of the fretboard or application but by the end of this, you should not only be able to play the little piece I play at the beginning of the video but to also improvise or develop your own parts in this style.
I had a little difficulty getting the video edited this week so the little bit of notation we have is going to be on this page.
